Have you tried some camomille tea? It always works for me. :pipe:

Yeah this is terrible, and then I start to panic as it gradually gets nearer to the time I'm gonna have to be up and I realise I'm only gonna get a couple hours sleep

It doesn't happen to me much, I love sleep and my bed so much, If I can't get to sleep I just tell myself that the longer I'm awake, the longer I can enjoy being in bed.........I usually fall asleep about 3 seconds after I think this though

Usually happens to me when I'm stressed about something. No matter how hard I try I can't switch my brain off, and stop the thoughts going round and round of how much work I have to do or whatever.

It usually takes me a good half an hour/hour to finally have noise shut off and be asleep.

I'd love it if I could just put my head to my pillows and be dead for the night.
