Ke$ha appears to have sampled Blur's 'Song 2' on a new track, which has leaked online. Scroll down to listen.
The song, which on the leaked video is titled 'woo hoo' sounds uncannily like the chorus from the band's anthem. It is not yet known whether Blur have approved the use of a sample.
Ke$ha has previously claimed that her new album will usher in the dawn of a new genre called "cock pop". Writing on her official Twitter account, the 'Tik Tok' singer – who is currently working on the follow-up to her 2010 LP 'Animal' – promised that the new record would introduce a completely new sound.
She wrote:
Wailing on an epic track with Doctor Luke & Benny Blanco. This is the dawn of a new genre of music: COCK POP!!!
Earlier this year (January 7), the singer claimed that she wanted to move away from her previous "brash" and "sassy" sound on her new LP so people could see her "vulnerability".
She also said that she had she has written over 200 songs for the record and cited the likes of Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and Iggy Pop as influences.
