Brian Dowling told to tone down the tan for Big Brother 2012!:hugesmile:

Big Brother 2012 host Brian Dowling has been told to look “less Essex” for the new series.

The former BB winner will be back fronting the reality series when it returns to screens on Channel 5 next month.

Speaking at the show’s press launch this week, Brian revealed: “They are changing the look this year and it was suggested I could wear jeans. I said I would love to wear jeans.

“They then said, ‘You looked really brown.’ So I have been told to be less Essex, more Chelsea.

“How that is relevant to the show I don’t know but, yeah, I have to look less brown.”

Brian’s come a long way since winning the show back in 2002, and seemingly still can’t quite believe how everything has turned out.

On the new series, he added: “It is brilliant that Big Brother still has such a strong following.”

Big Brother 2012 launches on June 5.
