Right in the middle of my GCSE'S right now- already done-
Drama
English Lit
Science
RE

and tomorrow have my English language exam that's 135 minutes- it's my worst exam because there's so much to do/write it's ridiculous- and that long in an exam hall actually takes it really out of you.

How's everyone else's exams going?

Great really.

I'm in Year 10 so i don't have many. I had my first English Literature exam last Tuesday and i think it went well. I've managed to pass Chemistry in Science (it's a BTEC course) as well as getting good grades in Performing Arts (also a BTEC). I've got a Practical exam in Catering soon.

Hope yours went well!

Ive only had a re-sit in AS Psychology so far, previously got a D and an E reckon I finally managed the B this time, perhaps an A.

Dont think Ill do well in my A2 the hot weather is distracting me and making me go sit outside with my music instead :joker:

What idiot makes us sit a 2 hours and a half exam- it's actually ridiculous, I will not be able to cope in that exam tomorrow!

No exams, just assignments (thank god). And really well. Had like a dozen to do at the start of the month, now I've pretty much done them all. Feels great.

Got my last one tomorrow, only had 3 and their first year Uni exams so they're not that important, one of them was 3 hours though so count yourself lucky with a 2.30 one :p

I have done all of my AS exams which were English Lit/Lang (+ Resit), Philosophy, History (+ Resit) and Religious Studies. I did General Studies too but I don't count that. My last exam was on Wednesday and I do not have to go back to college until June 11th.

It's been a long time since I took my exams but remember it and the pressure involved. Good luck to all of your taking yours, I hope you all do well.

I thought you did your GCSE's last year? :conf:

And I could've sworn I remembered most of the English exams last year were 2 hours max, so have they made them longer? I hated them and completely messed them up, if it weren't for the A/B I got in the coursework I think I'd have come out with an awful grade. So glad I'm not doing GCSE's this year though, although they were much easier than AS.

Kinda messed up Media, first Citizenship paper went really well and then the one this morning (my last exam this year) I ****ed up and ran out of time on (seriously, some of the time restraints are beyond ridiculous). The Family paper for Sociology could've gone better, but I was happy with Education & Methods paper. I definitely should've revised more for all of them though - that's definitely something I've always needed to do more of.

Yeah. The not having to revise bit is the biggest plus. Not sure I've ever actually revised for anything before, not seriously.

I can't tell. I think I've passed my Geography and History ones at least (and by pass I mean a C), and I think I may have gotten a B/A in English Language. Psychology flopped a bit: I tanked my re-take of the first unit, and I don't feel all too confident about the second exam which is tomorrow afternoon. :bored: I wish i had more time..

The English Coursework I did I'm really proud of however. My teacher said (before moderation) that it looked to be a solid A at the very least so yeah. :D

French went terrible and English Literature and Science Ideas in Context were alright, not overly confident though.
