A 12-year-old schoolboy raped and sexually assaulted a nine-year-old girl after watching hardcore internet pornography, a court heard today.

The boy, now aged 14, was spared a jail sentence after a judge heard he was 'emulating' adult acts he had seen online.

The younger boy, now 9, had known the older boy, now 15, all his life and their families were close friends, Inner London Crown Court was told.

The court heard the younger boy was kicking a ball around in the estate when the older boy, who he described as "the roughest in school" punched him and carried him into a corner by the garages on the west London estate, before raping him in September 2008.

That little excuse will be getting noted by every underage nutjob as the perfect get out clause - then they will add in that they were too young to realise it was a fictional movie - and they thought setting fire to a baby was just what some adults do as well.

The lad needs a more harsh punishment to realise the consequences of his actions, my sympathy goes to the poor victim in this.

I completely agree but it just goes to show that the Justice System has gone to pot.
