help with amending a thread.

Hi. Had a request from GypsyGoth in regard to the creative writing contest poll thread. Her entry isn't posted in the format she did it in originally and Claudia would like it changed, I just copied and pasted it, and am not sure how to fix it, also I can't really amend it right now as am on my fone. Would someone be kind enough to liaise with Claudia so its how she wants it? Thanks very much.
