Hm, that account looks like something set up by C5/Endemol as a 'test' profile to preview what kind of tweets they'll be sending about the wildcards from the official page.

In hindsight probably would've been better to keep Jamie's auditions show on this Sunday night before the Tuesday launch (as it originally was I believe, except with the launch on Thursday), then the vote could've been open for two days and the wildcard goes in at the end of the launch.

Twitter voting is a good way to promote the show's twitter account, getting everyone who wants to vote to check the site's twitter account. Will promote it more if real than 2 minute clips every 3 or 4 hours.
