Some of those hired as stewards had to spend the night before the pageant sleeping under London Bridge.

This was debated on LBC
just now.
The company in charge would not speak on the Radio.

BBC London Local News
just said Close Proctection UK
said some were paid
and says sorry about making them sleep under a Damp Bridge

On BBC London News

The Mayor has said today
he is looking into it.

And the company is going to be watched more.

Are the SIA not able to confirm they were badged workers....no, I guess not.
Another organisation exploiting jobseekers rather than take on experienced adequately equipt staff for a paid position. How long is this going to be allowed for?
It is nothing short of slave labour ....Disgusting!
