Someone who comes to your home if you are in debt and haven't paid either the instalments or the debt if no instalments are arranged.

If you let him in your house, he can legally then come back and break in if necessary to take away your possessions to cover the debt or instalments.

He won't listen to excuses or any genuine problems once he comes and gets in,he has to be invited in unless he has a court order,once allowed in though he can take anything or all of value that you own to auction for to pay the balance.(Except for essential goods like Cooker or bed as 2 examples).
