idk I'm not really up-to-date with European clubs... I'll randomly plump for Klaas-Jan Huntelaar because his name's badass.

Piszczek and Lewandowski for Poland

Just won the Bundesliga and potentially Piszczek is the best RB in the world right now

He is good but he is getting overhyped by the commentators and the people talking before the games... doubt he will even get that much game time really

When I was walking to my new house to pay a deposit the other day a man was shouting at another man "SHEVCHENKO" and we happened to be talking about getting a cat next year, so that's what we're calling it if it happens.

Out of interest is Shevchenko still alive?

Yeah, he's still alive.

Said he was going to retire after Euro 2012 but has gone back on it. Such a quality player in his Milan days.

Don't understand how he's not at Chelsea yet

He might be on Manchester City's radar now or even Arsenal.

Shaun
08-06-2012, 07:21 PM
If he keeps scoring in the competition he'll probably be out of Arsenal's reach :(

Arsenal confuse me with their transfer capacity. I know Wenger favours the cautious approach but I'm not sure about how much they could potentially spend. I'm sure I read somewhere that they were in the top 5 clubs in the world financially. This was prior to Man City's buyout though.

Paying off the stadium?

Wenger needs to definitely add more quality if Arsenal are going to sustain a challenge towards the 2 Manchester clubs because the likes of Tottenham, Newcastle and even Liverpool all will go out and spend lots of money to try and challenge for the top 4 next season.

Dzagoev :worship: Can't see how he missed that second chance though.

Reckon Van Der Wiel will have a decent competition too.

bbfan1991
08-06-2012, 08:13 PM
Van Der Wiel is another one linked with Chelsea, how are they going to keep making these signings with no manager installed yet and frankly not caring about the FFP?

King Gizzard
08-06-2012, 08:14 PM
Jetro Willems for Holland and Adam Maher (if he even gets a chance which is doubtful)

KG.

Olsson could do well for Sweden too, and he's another one linked with Chelsea

Nah Martin Olsson, apparently Chelsea were looking to take him from Blackburn as a long term replacement for Ashley Cole, I guess we'll see if he's capable enough in Poland/Ukraine.

Is he really good enough? I think Ryan Bertrand is a young lad who has lots of potential but they are wasting some of this young talent by keep splashing the cash and not even giving some of the academy lads a chance...

I'd have him here..better than warnock

then again anyone's better than warnock

Erik Peters is a good Dutch LB too. He was linked with Newcastle last season before they opted to sign Davide Santon.

It's a confusing one. Is it Wenger not spending? Or the board stopping him?

We'll probably only ever know the answer if Wenger is sacked or leaves and cites finances as the reason.
