Victoria went into the DR and while there Lydia swapped the salad that Victoria was going to have (Lydia thought it looked a bit meagre) for a more substantial one from the fridge, but the one from the fridge was a day old. So Victoria wasn't happy, she had wanted the fresher smaller portion.
