Okay, I'm confused. Caroline has been referred to in other threads as Katherine.

On BOTS, they showed a clip last night of Victoria saying she'd evict "Katherine" in the game. I was like "WHO is Katherine?". If Caroline is also known as Katherine, this would explain more of the hostility.

Looks like the two definitely disliked one another, strange that we never saw any of this on the main show.
