Yeah that shocked me aswell. Imogen has been a malicious bitch while Richard has been far better. Imogen is soooo dull. I still dont know why he is hated so much, but be as hes canadian and its a uk show:bored:

Richard is disliked because of his condensending attitude. The fact that he constantly gives advice just annoys everyone more.

The fact that he has a Canadian accent is probably grating on people aswell, bit of a shame really..
