They're already in I assume, or they'll be going in when the streaming starts. There's not been any launch or preview episode, we just have profiles and videos of them at the moment.

It's blocked in the UK, until someone comes up with a work around you'll have to find a US IP VPN they've not blocked (They've blocked Hotspot Shield).
