Firefighters were called to a Manchester hospital to remove a sex aid from a 69-year-old man after a 36-hour struggle.

When surgeons at the North Manchester General Hospital were unable to remove the aid, crew members from the Blackley fire station used a precision cutting tool to free him.

The procedure was undertaken in the operating theatre of the hospital and took over an hour to complete.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the man spent the night at the hospital and was released on Friday morning (June 8).

Fire crew members involved in the procedure were apparently offered counselling afterwards.

A representative said: "Our crews were professional and adapted to the circumstances they were faced with. We wish the man involved a speedy recovery."

I'm trying to work out what kind of sex aid surgeons couldn't remove, but firefighters could!

I see a future job sharing trial, if your government continues to focus on cuts rather than growth :flowers:

There are some holes that things should not be inserted in.

Only if you're a male.

Just a little social commentary aimed at "broken Britain."

My friend's mom had to have firefighters remove a hot dog from her vagina once. It's more common than you'd think

Too hilarious. I'm thinking about that scene in sweetest thing when the girl had her throat stuck to the piercing on the mans penis.
