I think you mean who "gets" voted the hottest girl not who "get" voted hottest girl. These Americans have a lot to answer for for ruining the English language.

The hottest for me is Lauren though I'm more interested in who is the brightest / dimmest girl in the house and who are the biggest deceivers or manipulators in the house

It's just part of the Americanization of everything.American comps and the rich behind them are trying to dominate all countries, there are too may US programmes on British tv

(although some of them are amongst my favourites),and their lazy bastardized form of English has begun to bastardize and make less beautiful how most people say or write down even our language now.
