Andy Scott-Lee has told Metro.co.uk he has no intention of marrying girlfriend Lydia Louisa in the Big Brother house, despite her telling the housemates she wanted to.

Speaking to Metro, the former pop star - who is now in the property industry as well as continuing to perform - revealed he was not planning to join the 25-year-old dancer as a housemate, even if the chance came up.
'They've not approached me to go into the house, but to be honest the only thing I would do would be to go in and have a meal or something,' he said. 'But there's no way we'd get married in there.'
'I wouldn't want to meet the rest of the housemates and I don't think it would be fair on Lydia to be honest, I'm not super famous, and she knows I'm not super famous, I walked away from the industry years ago.'
He added that while Lydia may have been perceived as desperate for fame, during her time in the house, that was not the case.
'The way she's being portrayed is that she's fame hungry,' Scott-Lee said, 'Anybody who goes into the house is after fame but she's been in the industry since she was 16 and she's done so well. No matter what industry you're in you want to be successful.'
And he suggested that the show could be a 'double-edged sword' in that 'sometimes people come out of the house and do really well like Jade Goody for example - but with others it can really affect them.
'Luckily for Lydia she has a very supportive family.'
Scott-Lee - who was best known for being a member of the band 3SL and also for reaching the finals of Pop Idol - also revealed that Lydia made it into the show almost by accident, after offering to accompany a friend of his to auditions.
'She said she would go and support my friend for a laugh,' he recalled, 'but it never happened. Then one day she woke up and said to me, "I wasn't going to tell you this but I'm thinking about auditioning".
'It was a shock but I thought well why not? So I drove her to the auditions in Manchester, and waited for her in the car all day, checking emails on my phone.'
However Lydia - who has continually hinted about her famous boyfriend during her time in the house - has had a rocky ride so far, notably being nominated for eviction by Deana just minutes after her arrival.
'It was awful really,' Scott-Lee admitted. 'Deana seems to be a nice person but when you get into Big Brother you have to be a bit controversial. But someone had to be put up for eviction and Lydia was one of them.'
He added that he had been taken aback by the reaction he received on Twitter, which he joined purely to win some support for his girlfriend of four-and-a-half years.
'Some of the abuse has been unbelievable really,' he said of posts on the micro-blogging site, 'but I'm there purely for Lydia and that's it. I'm certainly not using it to get back into the limelight.
'But the flip side is that there are some really nice people out there, and I've also had a lot of people saying that Lydia's starting to come into her own now, and they're admitting they judged her too early.'
