Is ruining the show. In BBUSA, there are rules to prevent one side dominating and picking off the opposition. But the thick idiots who run this show haven't got the intelligence to realise you need something like that.
This and the combination of lack of live feed means the producers can pretty much get rid of people who they don't like - Benjamin comes across as a serious person, not what they wanted - a sex-mad maniac. Solution - they fix it so he can't nominate, thereby ensuring he is up.
Unless they do something (either give immunity or allow them the evicted to nominate someone) it will be boringly and unfairly predictable.
BB is playing with fire by risking alienating its fans.
