It is amazing!! Was there during the year and there is so much to do and see there! you would need at least a week or two to see everything, I definitely could have stayed longer!

Great city but I wouldn't live there.. I would go back and visit though!

I've been a couple of times. Everywhere around it is quite accessible, and it's quite surprising how easy it is to get around places. A lot of things are in walking distance. Good nightlife. Great restaurants. Greenwich is a nice area for that. Good for shopping. I stayed around Times Square, and Broadway is very near. Rockerfeller centre, Madison Square Gardens etc are very close by. So is Battery Park. Driving across Manhattan Bridge and seeing the city is a vision that will always stay with me.

You must go if you get the chance.

Haven't been there yet but from what I hear it's splendid. Pretty hot around this time of year over there. :D

The thing I found about New York when I first went there was that everything is so familar. We've all seen so much of it, it's kind of like walking around a huge film set.

It's definitely in the top ten of places everyone ought to visit, and when you do, I bet you don't go just once.

They've got their aircon down to a fine art though!

It's my favourite place that I've ever visited. Would definitely love to go back there. There's just so much to do, you'll never be bored.!!

One thing I hated about it was the Subway, I just couldn't understand how to use it. Haha.

I totally agree with Lou22, it's fantastic in small doses, I could never live there though.

My best friend since middle school lives there, and my parents moved there after my brother and i moved out. It's definitely a very unique culture. It's like it's a totally separate planet all on 1 small island.
