I think in a foreign series a group of evicted housemates were killed in an accident and the series was cancelled. I'd imagine it'd be the same if this happened.

Yes I'm sure they'd be able to cover a death of a housemate up once the final comes, they're nowhere in sight and their parents and friends are there..
