I found her far worse than Conor. Another thing to keep in mind is their reactions in the DR when they were cautioned of their behavior. People may think Conor was dismissive, but I found his response to be that of someone who realized he had gone too far. When Alex was warned, rather than acknowledge what she did, she kept trying to talk her way out of it.

People say stupid things all the time - especially in the heat of the moment and when you have your friends either backing you or not speaking up. It's very easy to get carried away.

I saw the clip and I think what made his case not appear as severe - although it was horrible - is he made those comments while singing. It also got worse when Ashleigh goaded him by asking what he'll do if Deana poured water on him. That's when you realize his anger escalate.

Not excusing him at all - just giving my opinions on why I think BB's punishment was not severe.
