What's happening to Deana is a direct result of allowing nomination discussion that first two weeks. If Deana wasn't in there, the herd would've singled out a different target, and the dynamics of the abuse would be different, but it would still be happening. We might see more ostracizing of Lauren, or Sara being singled out for sleeping all day, or whoever was there in Deana's place being abused instead. It would still happen, though - it happens on pretty much any reality show where the gameplay is encouraged in the open.

I dont know what it is with Deana but she has so far failed to interact with anyone!!! I know most of them are oddballs but Adam/Lauren/Luke A and Shievonne are quite normal people who can chat about life rather than each other.

I think she somewhat makes herself a victim although she certainly doesnt deserve the ganging up mentality and vile words from Conor.
