"Nasty Nick" Bateman. I don't think he ever got any nominations, but yet felt it necessary to try and sway others with his manipulative ways, and writing of notes in unbelievable acts of game play that got him thrown off the show, to the disappointment of all the other hm's (not that he was ejected).

I voted for Nick, he was the original game player.
I have to say I am shocked you included Nadia, I never thought of her as a game player at all.

I didn't watch Series 1 but did the public know of Nick's gameplaying before the "big reveal"

Nadia wasn't really that big of gameplayer, was she? It was more Marco/Emma I felt like.
Makosi should DEFINITELY be on this poll.

The options on this poll are a bit bizarre.
There are two types of "gameplayers", ones that strategize through nominations to make it further (ie Nick, Victor, Jason, Lydia, etc) and ones that play up their personality to try and gain favor with the audience and/or housemates (ie Josie, Pete, etc). So i'm not sure which one you're asking.

Yeh, I was thinking the same as iRyan there. I'd make another division with those playing to the audience, those doing showmances, or sailing through on looks and being part of the 'cool' gang or those looking more to stir things up in the house and using the DR. The category of playing stupid might be another.
Of those listed I'd say Victor, but I think he was the main force behind his partnership with Jason, so I wouldn't put them together.

Yes, fair point. I just did the main ones I'd felt throughout the series had stood out in their different ways. It was an oversight not to include Makosi by the way, she should have been on. My bad. No matter who did this poll you'd get different choices every time as we all have different opinions. :)

Lisa BB10 I'd add to the list, she was like the godfather, but from the list, I'd say Lidia is the biggest game player, and the most perceptive, but Aaron was the most successful.
John James was not a game-player!

Lydia is not a big game player, she is just a despicable fame hungry bitch that will do anything to get airtime and she derives pleasure from gossip, confrontation and arguing. I dont know who ASL is but he must be a world reknowned flop when it comes to women if he loves her.
She is a new breed of wanabees like Jordan and Katona of old but she makes me shudder with rage and I cant see how the public can support her. Good HM, terrible person.

I agree she's not a nice person, but there are worse people in the House. Like Ash and Caroline. :)

Josie Gibson!
It was sickening to watch her rise to BB 'legend' all on the back of a really transparent act. People fell for it hook line and sinker.

I think Siavash is a big one that hasn't been mentioned yet. Definitely one of the phoniest housemates ever.

Away from Charley Uchea I could've picked them all, but I narrowed it down to Pete Bennett who used all the female Housemates, and John James, the one that bullies the female Housemates and Ben out of the house.

Not really. He cheated on his girlfriend and then lied to both Noirin and the public by pretending he never had one. He made up some BS story in the DR about only pretending to have a gf to avoid having a relationship in the house. If he was really feeling any remorse about cheating on his gf, he'd be more concerned about her feelings than trying to avoid backlash from the viewers. His fanbase is based on the fact that he's a "good guy" yet he showed himself to have very little integrity or morality. He was definitely the biggest gameplayer of the bunch that year. I'm not really against people playing the game, but it does bother me when they try to disguise themselves and accuse everyone else of being bad people when they are in fact the most deceptive.

Aaron. Played it perfectly and managed to win even after it started to come more apparent that he was playing a game towards the end. Don't know how he managed it, but whatever it was, it was the perfect gameplan.

Compare Siavash to the racist that was Charlie Drummond that year he was like an angel in comparison.
Also Sophie Reade done the same thing with Kris didn't she? telling Noirin that she did have sex on TV, and then made Noirin out to be a liar when she said she didn't have sex with Kris on TV.

Charlie was definitely a big gameplayer as well. I thought it was actually kind of funny towards the end how Charlie & Siavash would constantly try to do things to undermine each other and make the other look bad since they thought of each other as their biggest threats.
As for Sophie, I'm definitely not a fan of hers (not that I dislike her, I just think she was kind of boring and irrelevant), but I don't think she ever said Noirin lied. She said that she lied to Noirin because she wanted Noirin to tell her a secret.

She did make Noirin looklike a liar though as she did have sex on TV, I saw it on the bits of Live Feed we had that year.:joker:
