I distinctly recall most of these housemates demonstrating empathy towards others in the house. (Luke S and Conor both with Ashleigh, Lauren with anyone who's upset, Luke A with Lauren and Benedict. Haven't seen much of Becky)

Not necessarily. My sister upped a notch from sociopath as she got older - infancy became far more cunning and manipulative with age and life experiences

She isnt by the way, she started a convo on last nights show with Ashleigh and Scott saying she thinks Lauren is a really nice girl she is just insecure and that makes her act in a way that is percieved as rude, Scott and Ash were trying to convince her Lauren was actually devious and rude nothing more.

She also is aware of herself enough to be able to explain to Adam why she acted the way she did , what thoughts led her to feel a way and why ,which is pretty insightful .

If anything, those 2 examples bolster the case of her narcissism and inability to empathize.

Probably, she's probably had that kind of life where her parents like to keep up appearaces. But I doubt there is much of a bond with them.
