I'm going for Bubble.

I liked him and was really surprised (like everyone else!!) that he was evicted instead of Paul.

Naturally, I'm glad that Paul stayed in or we wouldn't have had the romance with Helen but, at the time, I was sorry to see Bubble leave.

It has to be Alison! Though Penny and Narinder in series 2 came close.

As for Bubble, he lasted 5 weeks in BB2! (no eviction 1st week).
