He does fire off pretty easily in the house from what we have seen but he also seems to calm down fairly quickly too.
He has made one really severe outburst that was totally inappropriate that is past and has been dealt with.

He is very blunt in what he says and can be very foul mouthed when he blows his cool, there is though in there a female who uses foul language even in calm general conversation.

I doubt outside the house he has any problem with his temper or anger, so no, I don't think BB should pay for his anger management nor do I think he needs anger management sessions anyway from what I have observed on the series so far.
