We all know it's true that Ashleigh and Luke are fauxmancing each other and she's a brave lady for speaking out, she thinks the public hate her so she's not doing it for fans, she's just been very honest and that won't sit well. They'll target her consistently after this though, sadly. Although I suspect she would have been anyways.

'At least someone get wet tonight, and it wasn't Saskia.'

Was it only me who spotted it, or should I say ,only me honest enough to say it, out of the 2 rows tonight, between Luke S and Deana and Deana Ashleigh, there was only the "Perfect Princess " was the only one to use the "F"word on several occasions ? Classy ? No I dont think so ,not using gutter talk :idc:

Nobody has ever called her a perfect princess though Chuff, we know she swears, but she's still far classier then most.
Her calling out Luke S was a great moment.

Deana gone up in my estimation tonight, she will be targeted though, hope shes up against connor, ashleigh, rebecca,or luke s. Just think what the reaction will be when she survives against one of them.

Hardly, she's had more love for her on forums/Twitter/Facebook then she has all series.
Yes she may be up every week thanks to house-mates however.

The strange thing is that although many HMs see the relationship as false, which it is, they also seem to see Luke as the culprit.
What we know from her own mouth is that it is Ashleigh who sees no future in it.
It could be that Luke is genuine and in fact the biggest dupe of all.

I think Deana did well tonight confrontin Ashleigh and Luke over their fake romance....because she is right.
However she is a strange girl in the fact that money seems to have a great bearing on her life. I admired the fact that she would not spend extortianate amounts of money on a wedding that lasts one day....because you can make that day really special without blowing vasts amounts of money when it could be used in better if money tight. However to have a man want to spend 50.00 on flowers and you say you prefer the cash....does somewhat show a materialistic person rather than a sensitive one. Its more the thought than the value.....

I don't really think that it was a materialistic thing to say because she said she would just use it to buy what she needs or keep it in the bank.

Completely agree.
She seems to appreciate working for money and not wasting it.

It was fascinating watching Caroline, who apparently has never earned a penny in her life, and sponges off her rich parents, discussing materialism and its failings with Deana.

I've become a real fan of Deana too. She seems refreshingly straight forward. Thinks we all hate her, so just says what she thinks. And, I think she actually wants out at this stage. She certainly doesn't seem too enthused about staying - and who could blame her? The poor girl has no real friend in there. Yet she doesn't bother with tears or hysterics. Her strength is admirable.
It would be hilarious if she beat out one of the cool gang in an eviction. Watch the scramble to be her best freind then! And watch guys like Conor actually wait a week or two, just so as it won't be too obvious, to tell us he's 'seen another side of Deana.' If it happens it'll be great tv.
Her value system isn't identical to my own. I think she is a more practical person when it comes to money. But - what's wrong with that? Different strokes for different folks.
As an aside, I must say Arrons behaviour has been surprisingly ok over the last few episodes. I always had him pegged as a harmless, somewhat gormless young fella, and I'm now pretty sure that's all he is. He tried to have a silly fauxmance with Sara, and got a bit po'd when she was having none of it. But I'd forgive him that. She's gorgeous. She's probably never met a single guy that didn't try it on. Arron might have seen the dollar signs of magazine deals, but sure aren't they all going to try and amake a few bob from this? Also, after BB pointed out that Deana had no friends, he seems to have taken it somewhat easier on her. Fair play to him on that. He might be a idiot - but he does seem pretty harmnless. Or, am I wrong?

agreed 100% Ive said from the start deana is the most individualistic person in there...she doesnt go with any crowd and talks a lot of common sense....common sense is like alien language in that house and no one else seems to recognise it...her explanation of the whole wedding day was perfectly logical and straight forward...not the remotest bit materialistic as luke s seemed to try and imply...she owned the whole situation in a room of people under the cameras against a room load of people trying to make her look bad. superb. she even used the victory as a springboard to attack the showmance, I may not have dont it as blatantly as she did, as theres a long time left, but she didnt hold back , when a cheetah is attacked she defends in a frenzy

I wouldn't describe her as brave, she only told Luke S because Becky overheard her bitching and Scott confirmed that she was talking about Luke and Ashleigh's relationship, leading Luke S to confronting her about it and even then she tried to share the blame with other people. She also seemed to backtrack on what she'd said, when she was talking to Ashleigh.

excellent point. she handled the initial argument with aplomb. but her revenge was a bit clumsy. how can she differentiate between adam and ash and blame the showmance on him 100% ? absurd...this is why lauren or adam may beat her in the end.

She said to the smokers that if Luke S says anything more to her she'll say it to him because she's had enough and so after Luke S went ''she's started a war'', she didn't back down and she stayed true to her word.
There is no doubt if it was anyone else, they'd backtrack furiously and try to smooth it all over. 'No Luke, I didn't say that Luke, I didn't mean it like that Luke, sorry Luke, how high should I jump Luke? :worship:'.
She didn't mean her. She didn't refer to Ashleigh once. She was talking about Luke S only. I don't think she even thought about Ashleigh, cos she seemed to feel bad when talking to Ash in the bathroom.

to just blame luke s for the showmance is absurd, if thats her line of thinking going forward she will lose votes....theyre both up to their necks in the showmance...deana wasnt brave in the luke s really , she had been heard she had no option but to not back down. she did well in the initial debate but when she let ash off the hook totally she showed some double standards

I admire Deana very much. The bullying and nastiness of several of the hms towards her would have made me leave if I had been in her shoes. Her honesty over Ashleigh/Luke was brilliant. She is a very strong person.

If she thinks the whole showmance is fake, why did she say it wasn't fake on Ash's part. If anything, it's more fake on her part. That is the only question mark I have over Deana. She only seems to dish it out on a selective basis.

:worship: Dead right, SHE did not confront Luke,HE confronted HER, she was quite happy backstabbing him as she does all the others, and you are spot on with the way she passed the buck to others by saying "WE ALL THINK'

Although it is true that most of the falsity in the relationship is down to Ashleigh, unlike us, Deana, nor the others know this. The midnight tryst with Conor is still hidden.
I think that they are all taking the conventional route that if it looks false it must be the male who is stringing the female along - not so in this case.
This also explains why Ashleigh was not keen to prolong the conversation with Deana. She would find it tricky to deny any falsity when she knows the truth and so does Conor. Didn't the latter defend Deana at one point?

Explain to me, how calling someone out that does not know it is fake on some else's part is being a winner? Deana so called calling it fake to Luke S would be honest, if she explained why she thinks it is fake, when he does not know Ashleigh has been saying that she had second thoughts about it. If he thinks it is genuine, how is it him not being honest, if does not know how Ashleigh is feeling?
Being in the house and not knowing is excusable, being here and having seen Ashleigh not telling Luke S she is not sure, is being stupid and nasty. He does not know, so how can anyone say he is being fake?

You are spot on, Luke S does not know how Ashleigh has been feeling, and when Luke S aske her about how she feels, she always said she is fine and she loves him.
I think Deana and the others know a lot more than we think, but they have not told Luke S but just bitched about it behind his back. I do not think Arron knows either, because he would have said something, he is the most honest and real in that house with Luke S TBH, they do not say things behind people's back.
