To be fair I think alot of guys think girls have sh*te personalities and ultimately would rather hang out and have a laugh / bromance with their guy mates. Most blokes imo don't really enjoy women's company or sense of humour. A lot of blokes would never speak to women if there was no possibility of a sh*g etc.

Although it's harsh to say women don't have a personality if I am being honest pound for pound on the whole men in general are funnier, wittier, more inventive with what they say, more intriguing and charisma.

You can be in a room with 100 random women their is a chance that almost all of them are dull. Stick 100 random men in a room and it will be interesting.

One of the reason why the all female BB8 week 1 was dull was because it was all female.
