A man in Sweden was told he was pregnant.
Gösta Eloffson, 65, visited a doctor and partook in a second urine test when the results from the first one indicated that he was expecting.
It was theorised that the first test was compromised by the same contaminated bacteria a pregnant woman would have.
Eloffson from Ragunda recalled to The Local: "The doctor joked I was pregnant, and then told me I'd have to do another test. We all had a good laugh about it for a while... Everything's fine now. I'm not pregnant.
"I've got a pretty big belly, but this was clearly a misdiagnosis."
Eloffson is expecting a grandchild in August and a great-grandchild in October.
