I haven't a clue Locke, I share a house with other students and in the house 2 of them never have their tops on. It's what you are used to I guess, I couldn't care if he had his top on or off, it's up to him.
He is certainly not the only housemate to do so a lot of the time anyway but the only one singled out for criticism,the other week he was getting hammered by his critics for wearing a onesie.

As was pointed out by a few people at the time of the incident, had the events and things that were said by both Conor and Arron happened in a pub or a club, the Police would have been called and it would have been classed as an offence. (Public order offence - subject to a large fine and conditional bail).
