My school gave me the most amazing trips ever
it was a language school, and so did multiple abroad trips every year..
I went to Germany in year 8
Switzerland in Year 9
Russia in year 10
and i was meant to go to China in year 11, but i dropped out..
All 3 times were fantastic, and i can only hope my college does good trips..

Not been abroad with the school yet. :(
Next year (Yr 11) I believe we're going to France for History and then again for French and then maybe New York for Business. Bit much in just one year.
We've been to nice places like Madame Tussauds and Thorpe Park and some religious places which were beautiful, but we're not getting end of trips this year because our head teacher wants to bore us to death.

I've been on trips to places in the UK. Like, I went to the Isle of Wight with my Primary school, and again with my Secondary school.
I've had the opportunity to go abroad with the school but they always take a coach to other places. They offered a coach trip to Berlin once (they offered it to all the German students) and it was gonna take about 18 hours. There was no way I was gonna take a bus to germany, especially after all the spanish students got to take a plane to Barcelona kmt. :bored:
I might get a chance to go to Berlin next year though, cause we're doing Germany in history and its relavent and yeah. :amazed:
Been on loads-
- Switzerland
- Kenya
- Edinburgh
- New York
All were amazing :love

We never went anywhere good, I think we were the last year to not have foreign trips as well, the year behind us went to Germany. The "biggest" trip we went on was to an "adventure" centre in Galway for around 4 days

Year 6 - Normandy, France.
Year 7 (secondary school) - funnily enough, the exact same youth hostel in Normandy, France
Year 8 - was supposed to go camping but camping is ghastly so we were allowed to go wild and play sports and stuff.
Year 9 - Cologne, Germany  might be the best time of my life. Really good fun, pretty much made my current group of friends there. Also had stops off in Ypres, Belgium, Bonn, Germany and Maastricht, Holland.
Year 10 - there was a business studies trip to Barcelona but I didn't go. Wish I had :(
Year 11 - can't remember there being one.
We also went to the Millenium Dome in primary school when it opened, and the rest have been history/geography trips to nearby landmarks.

Oh and in year 4 of primary school we went to this site called Slapton on Dartmoor and all I remember of it was being allowed to run around the moors at night with torches playing hide and seek. I very much doubt that's still allowed to happen
