View Full Version : Power in the house has shifted?

Do you think that after tonight the power has shifted from the Insiders (Conor, Luke S, *******igh, Shevonne, Caroline - 5 people) to what is essentially two opposing groups... the Outsiders (Adam, Lauren, Luke A) and the middle group (Sara, Scott, Becky) who seem to all share a common enemy now in the Insider's.... and with (Deana) who is somewhere in between these two groups that is 7 people now who all will probably be looking at voting the Insider's up for eviction.
The collapse of the Outsiders with (Benedict & Lydia) going looked ominous at one time with the Insiders forming the dominant voting group it looked almost unstoppable.
But all the attention in this was focused on the two opposing groups at the time (the Insiders and the Outsiders) and little attention was made of the now decisive alternative grouping of (Sara, Becky, Scott,.... and maybe Deana) who never were a cohesive group but are now quite clearly aligned with the Outsiders.
If as seems likely another Insider goes up and is voted out next week (more than likely to be Conor) than the Insiders are truly crushed.
The Insiders nastiness has been fully exposed now and I think it's been nasty enough to prevent any meaningful reintegration into the other housemates (or public's good books) so they are in the firing line now.
Finally, with such a vote of confidence for Deana and Becky tonight it looks like the power has finally shifted (for the better in my opinion) in the house.
Will the Insiders recognise this? and will they try to sly their way back with the others?
Interesting summary, art apples. I think the Outsiders (but mainly Conor and Shevionne) will be trying to integrate with the others.

Very good post :worship:
The insiders were totally baffled at the result tonight. And I hope power has shifted, but I think it's too early to tell.
I agree about the likes of Sara, Scott & Becky now much closer to the outsiders than they ever have been before. But I wonder if they were pushed there so to speak by the double act of Arron & Conor. Now that they are no more, I'm curious as to where Sara, Scott & Becky will settle come nominations day. And unfortunately I think they might have stronger ties to the Insiders.

Hopefully the insiders depart one by one and we have an all outsider final.:worship:

Yea I agree that Sara, Scott & Becky have been sitting on the fence a little bit and it's not totally certain that they will sit in line with the Outsiders voting. However a week or so ago they leaned a bit more with the Insiders and maybe they now see the tide of fortune leaning towards the Outsiders and that is why they are leaning that way now.
I thought Sara in particular really stood out with her support of Deana when the votes were announced and she very openly and emotionally stood up and gave her support (and in a sense showed her allegiance) to Deana, certainly it was demonstrating her opposition to a degree to Conor, Arron and the rest of their group. Coupled with Caroline seeming to ostracise Sara on several occasions it seems that she has also added another reason for Sara to feel disconnected with that group.
I think also Becky connected more with the Outsiders this week, and in particular with Deana. In fact right now the central person of power is Deana.

The outsiders are quietly confident. Now the insiders has lost it's popularity methinks some of the insiders will try and worm their way into the outsiders group.

Yep and I think Luke S is the one who has already started to try and spread out his attention with all the groups in the house. He seems to be the one who is being most tactical about the way he does it.... It does come across as quite desperate to me, and already a few housemates have pointed it out.
The three witches (Caroline, *******igh & Shievonee) all seem to be to embroiled in their own embittered group to be able to form any convincing relationships and conections with the rest of the group.
Conor seems to be very isolated now to, I don't really think there is anything that he can do to safe himself now, he seems assured of being voted up again next week (please, please Green team win the diary room).

The 'outsiders' will become the new 'insiders'
There are only shiv, ash, conor, caroline and luke s left....
the others will join forces to oust them I think over the next couple of weeks, conor and caroline will be the first to go I reckon.

the insiders will take note deana got the most votes and the beloved luke/arron the least so shiev/becky will try to subtly switch over, ash/luke/caroline are kind of stuck with conor...i think scott/sara had already switched sides to the outsiders this solidifies it...now the outsiders become the insiders...then the insiders group splits and...i dont know what happens then...the worm has turned for sure

I think Sara, Scott and Becky will nominate Conor and possibly Caroline, she's been an absolute bitch to them lately. Scott maybe won't nominate her but I think Sara and Becky will

I would be happy with Caroline & Conor being up :amazed:
Also I think Caroline deserves to face the public vote, after the way she laughed at people leaving, it would be good if she at least had the threat of going on a friday.
And yea I agree, I can't see Scott nomming her, but I do think Sara will.

Yeah, she had some cheek then to be such a bitch towards Sara because she was happy for Deana :bored:
