What did Conor say on the BOTS exclusive?

I couldn't make out what the convo between him, Luke S and Adam was about. Emma turns to Arron and says 'what do you think of that' and she looked sorry for him - and Arron was blushing.
Can someone explain what happened please?

Conor didn't say much, it was Adam saying he prefers Conor to Arron and that he thinks Conor has more ''general respect'' for other people.

While Adam was there, it was just generic grunting. After Adam left it was more talk about how they need to go after Adam next.
