View Full Version : Arron Wants to start anti-bullying campaign

Gizmo

Arron was interviewed this morning and said he felt bullied by Adam, Deana and Luke A because they were trying to make him look stupid by asking him intellectual questions.

"I am so against it in fact that I intend to start an anti-bullying campaign now I am out"

So if his aggression came from feelings of insecurity about intellect I wonder if Conor feels the same?

Clearly, he is indeed stupid, as what he said there can be applied to Deana, seeing as she was made to suffer far worse from Aaron himself (amongst others).

His IQ is as low as Shemika Charles setting the world record for doing the limbo.

I knew from the start of his out bursts that it was entirely due to frustration and insecurity. He's used to people throwing adoration at him (and women throwing themselves at him with 0 effort on his part) as he is a model, without prompting. His world imploded when he saw that the usual wasn't happening in this setting and he couldn't cope with it. Deana got the worst because she is aloof (content by herself) and thus the most unwilling to press her nose up against his arse hole.

He needs to be educated on the definition of bullying. Being out of your depth in a conversation does not count as being bullied.

It's not his best comments.I would admit to that, not totally without some base to it though not as to a bullying claim though, however as with the other housemates I am tired of the misrepresentation of the 'bully' word.

He did this to others and others have to him too in the house, there was working against people behind their backs and setting out to try to belittle them and ruin their chances on the series but nothing as to what could really be termed as intended or in fact bullying.

Arron said on bbbots, he felt his antics likely came from a lack of education so he puts himself down plenty as well as others doing it too.

Pathetic, he has a PR machine working to clear his name and jumpstart his modeling career. His advisors got a hold of him now, he is the last person who should start an antibullying brigade because he is more of a bully. What a cheap excuse and makes him look worst, he i practically admitting he is stupid.

Yep, suppose he perceived this as exclusion though. In RL he can walk away from people who don't throw themselves at him for superficial reasons but in the house he felt he had no other option but to challenge it (with Conor).

If asking questions which he doesn't understand is bullying it would mean no-one can have a conversation in the house above numbskull level.

He said he can be stupid and wrong in his interviews last night, he is not practically saying that, he already has said it.
I don't see where he looks the worse for that, far from it.

Having knowledge is important, I lose all respect for someone who admits they are stupid, its a horrible thing to say about yourself. Saying he is stupid does not redeem him, his problem is not one of book smarts or street smarts; it is common sense behavior, etiquette and manners this is what failed him in the house.

What a ****ing idiot.

It's funny how he felt bullied, when the only people he dared pick on in the house were girls and a gay (all of whom owned him serverly)

Your comment says it all, they owned him with words and he is lacking in vocabulary so he decided to act out aggressively, clear as day.

Arron found Luke A, Deana and Adam intimidating??
They are nice people. Luke A couldnt intimidate a teddy bear.
Arron is just naming people he hates.

Well that's where I am different, I would rather have and would respect far more people who admiited their failings, You just don't like him anyway so he could never do right with you at all.

I'd rather have people around me who admitted they got things wrong a lot of the time or some of the time, than someone in an ivory tower who thinks they are above everyone else and should automatically get respect while never admitting they do/say or even can do/say anything wrong.

I make mistakes, big ones too, I say daft things at times, I can be childish.I can also speak without thinking and am happy to admit all that, no human being is perfect, show me a person that says they are and there is a liar.

The difference is that it took an eviction and Brian/Emma literally DRAGGING the apologies out of him before he admitted a lot of his actions were wrong. He made one apology to Deana in the house, the sincerity of which can be debated, and then went right back to slating her even worse than before, because he teamed up with Conor.

He also admitted he is "stupid" and "uneducated," which I a) don't think anyone should say about themselves and b) don't think is an excuse for his behavior in the house. But he never claimed while in the house that he felt "bullied" by the likes of Adam and Luke A. So to me it seems shifty that he comes out with this "bullying" nonsense AFTER he's come out and seen what kind of reception he got.

Besides, neither Becky nor Deana nor anyone else in the house claims to have been "perfect," so I'm not sure what the point of your last paragraph is.

Bullied by intellectual conversations, heard it all now.

Arron's Mission Statement for his campaign:

All students, lecturers, or anyone who is well read on a subject must not use bullying language. This refers to any verbal utterance about their subject knowledge. All people must keep their language simple at all times and not divulge any knowledge or opinion which others may not understand. Conversations must be kept at chav-level at all times so that everyone feels included.

He also appeared to be distancing himself from, and even blaming conor for his own behaviour on BOTS. If I remember right he sort of a had a short- lived 'connection' with lauren, decided to move instead for the girl he fancied most, sara, but then turned nasty when she basically decided he was ok but didn't fancy him.
All a bit pathetic really. He deserved to go. But then so did Conor.

:joker: yeah he said something like this during his plea to save he was like "You should save me because I'm not a bully unlike some of the other housemates." I think deep down inside he and Conor feel like their actions have been very aggressive and that's why they keep bringing bullying up.

So do I, we all make mistakes and i dont hate arron, i think he aligned with the wrong people and acted out badly. my point is simple, he is using the word stupid when he should be saying he behaved wrong, lost his manners and compassion, became a spitefull bully and apologize.. but dont say your stupid, its a cop out.

LOL

The thing that really makes me laugh is; a ditzy beauty queen, a chef and an ex con are the intellectuals in the house now.

This boy really needs someone to tell him to think before he talks or acts/reacts, he is so not doing himself any favors.

He better learn what bullying means and also what intellectual means.

If he had said that about Benedict, I would have agreed, but really these 3 are intellectually superior to him? How stupid are you Arron?

On a serious note, I don't know if this is happening in UK, but so many teens kill themselves because of relentless bullying in US that for him to make this issue so frivolous is actually nauseating!

Bully awareness, bullying campaigns, anti-bullying this and that. Ugh.
Now we are seeing where this leads. Anything you say that makes me 'feel bad' or is 'negative' (in any way) is now you 'bullying'.
And as long as it's something I LIKE I suppose. If you are calling some BNP candidate a piece of shlt, you hope he dies, you would like to punch him in the face, he is a low-life etc etc etc?
Then it's not 'bullying' since it agrees with my world view.
Dawkin's is not arrested for 'bullying' since enough decided we hate those damn religious types.. and they deserve it!

The whole thing is just a mess and speaks to the confusion, disassociation, cognitive dissonance in a degenerating culture.
Just make it stop already.
