As I mentioned in the "is Caroline a bully" thread - being hormonal is also something that involves emotion. Caroline is not emotional. She's nearly always flat affect, and fakes the emotions she feels are appropriate at the time, either to help her manipulations, or because she thinks that's what the other person expects to see.

I won't say where it is because she's not exactly a good ad for the place.
I probably met her at some point but don't recall.
Its a good school but there's little you can do if someone has been spoilt rotten in their upbringing and doesn't want to learn.

The problem with Caroline isn't her education, it's her normalisation and socialisation skills. Something her parents should have taught her. I.e., if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. Or at least get to know someone before you judge them, and so on.

Caroline's cutting comments are based on ignorance, I really cannot name one housemate in there that she would be able to answer honestly who they are, their background, their interests, their dislikes, their likes, etc, because she's not programmed to ask because she's not that socially aware. It's not just private schools that spurn out characters like this. It's all too often in today's society. A 'me me me' generation has been well and truely born.

My belief is that Caroline will either leave and re-enter the 'bubble' she's accustomed to, or a brick wall of reality will hit her at 100mph and she'll finally get to realise, the world doesn't revolve 'around me'. Hopefully it's the latter.

Yes and No. probably more yes.
She's intensely insecure IMO and CHOOSES to feel better by belittling others. She's old enough and intellectually able to understand the consequences associated with her actions but continues arrogantly. I think something in her is switched off. By choice or by damage.
On the other hand I understand how low self worth can make you compulsively destructive. Dangerous. Irresponsible. Unconscious.
I hope she gets help otherwise more will get hurt.
