From what I've seen of Deana in the house she seems to have a realistic and pragmatic approach to life. It is not surprising she takes the same approach to love. It is as bit sad that she has come to such a conclusion as quite a young age but I am sure it is based on her own experience or things she has seen. She seems like quite an open person so she might change her mind later on. In any case I think we expect too much from romantic love and end up setting ourselves up for failure when our unrealistic expectations are not met. I would also add in british society female control is considered funny and treated with far far more triviality than male control...the police alone would ignore a man ringing them to complain of a controlling wife, the other way around and he may well be going to jail. there is a cultural bias against men in the uk and a bias in law courts too. this is clearly seen as men lose over 80% of divorce cases, over 80% custody cases and their homes are also lost in over 70% of divorces. if as you say men and women are just individuals and just as good and bad as each other, then the split should be 50/50% approx wins and losses in divorces, custody and keeping the homes, how do you explain this landslide in womens favor and why is it virtually ignored. perhaps while youre at it you can explain why men commit suicide at nearly 4 times the rate too? no you wont address these issues, you will ignore them with diversory tactics. desperate to either disprove me or mock and ignore these major issues. will your male ego allow you to even acknowledge these are serious problems?
