How will Big Brother Punish Shievonne and Conor

The nominations talk is getting ridiculous now. Shievonne has clearly been either uttering or hinting at who nominated her during her rows with Deana and Conor doesn't care anymore.

I know they want money but if Conor continues breaking the nominations rule and not caring, don't you think that he should be kicked out?

How are Big Brother going to punish these two, or the whole house, for their nominations rule break?

Cannot see what they can do, both are up for eviction one will be going, I guess if Conor stays they can punish him by automatically putting him up next week again so bypassing the nominations process.

Luke A was having like coded noms talk too at Deana,Luke A filling Deana in on his likely ones for the future I don't see him getting punished either.
I also said Luke A talked at Deana because she was very careful and wise to gather and absorb his info but not say a word as to it.
