Slender is a free downloadable game that only takes a few minutes to play through. It takes place in a forest and essentially all you have to do is find 8 notes that are scattered around...and that's it. Find the 8 notes and you're done.

There's obviously more to it then that but saying any more would spoil it. It's best to play the game without knowing much about it. It's definitely an experience, one that's amazingly atmospheric and well made despite it's limitations.

It is very good, like I said before it's not for the faint hearted but it's something you should try at least once.

Looks wise he isn't scary, it's how he stalks you and the atmosphere in the game that makes it scary. You can't look at him for long but it's the only way to stop him, you can't outrun him forever since you'll run out of breath before long and your only weapon is a torch with a very limited battery. That and the fact that he can be anywhere at any time. The graphics aren't up to much but it's still quite scary.

It's a very small game. If it takes ages for you to download it, then your internet must be very very slow.
