How thinks BB is being fixed and here is why I think so,

1- when punishment are done, some HM get almost nothing or nothing at all.

Ie: Like A and Lauren entering the blue territory and not getting much of a punishment, the pool and Jacuzzi on a rainy weather and at 10 degrees is not a punishment, they should have lost the dining room, the living room and the garden, since the blue lost THE FOOD, the kitchen and the bathroom for the same crime, bu only ONE member, not two.

Also: Deana and Scott talked and strategised about nomination as well and Deana talked about it too with Luke A and Lauren, the fact they did not specifically named any housemate, was due to the fact they were in agreement and only had to hint to whom to nominate without having to say the names, and nothing was done by BB, so clearly a fix there too.

BB seem to be only punishing HM when they see it will go in a way they like, like when doing OTT punishment for Arron and not the same OTT for other so called OUTCAST HM. double standard.

How do you justify punishing some HM and not others for the same crime?

They wernt punished at all when speaking in code getting Lydia and Deana up

So in all fairness, its equaled out and youre trying to paint something with nothing.

Still they have been put on the spot, not Luke A or Lauren or Deana for doing the same, it does make a huge difference on how other HM and the public sees them, if you are put on the spot or if you do it and never put on the spot.

Also Luke A and Lauren in the bedroom, and then only get a small slap on the wrist is insulting to the other HM whom have to play by the rules or get the nasty aftermath that the other do not get for the same behavior.

It is not a fair assessment of the rules depending on who the HM is, the punishment will be OTT or not if BB likes you, not a fair and objective conduct and it should not be the case where a prize money is awarded, otherwise it is fixing and criminal.

dont be silly this is a great series so far a massive improvement on last year and much better that bb11 and the fact that bots are having a lot of different people on the panel is a big improvement rather than the same old faces every night.

Carniala, I agree with what you are saying, proving a 'fix' would be really hard and in my view likely impossible to do so.
However what I believe goes in is what is termed 'engineering' results.That is more easy to arrange and set up and also conceal in the main.

You are right, in fact the whole diary room task for instance was a farce because even before it took place,BB had already set their minds that the green team were going to be given it. I would have not permitted Ashleigh and Conor to nominate rather than take away the blue teams victory on the task but BB already had decided the punishment would be even if the blue team won,they would be stripped of the victory. That stinks to high heaven of 'fixing' actually.

The thing is they have this get out clause, BB can change the rules at any time, so no one can win with BB.
As I said on another thread, it doesn't always go BB's way, I don't believe they wanted Aaron to win last year but he kept all the publics backing all through the series despite their attempts and bbbots too.

This year,with the stripping of victories etc; in tasks they have given themselves more chance to 'engineer' a winner and the talking about Noms in the first 3 weeks then suddenly stoppping that too.
It is hard to stop talking instantly about something that has been your main topic for near 3 weeks,so that rule will be regularly broken, the number of housemates who have talked about them are so many over the last 10 days that the only best punsishment would have been to put all housemates up for eviction this week, they didn't,the question is begging why not.

Over the past few weeks I have noted on several different posts that the inconsistency in punishments and the like is a direct result of the abismal performance of the production team. Endamol and cH5 have decided to run with these inexperienced fools and it has knocked the whole series into turmoil. They are not clever enough to sort things out and the left hand dosent know what the right is doing.

It is certain that they have their favs but that will never become general knowledge. What is however abundantly clear is the way they manipulate the rule breaks to cover up their favs. If the Blues had won the DR, Deana was up again and they couldnt let that happen. The public wanted Conor up and they gave them that but alas their selective editing has screwed that up as well because now Shiv might go. They have lost control of what could have been a great series.

I agree, last nominations BB influenced Sara in her nominations & this week BB influenced the nominations by just punishing the blue team.
Both teams had broken the rules so in fairness all should have been up or conor, shievonne, Luke A & Lauren up or excluded from nominating.

After his pool dip Arron told BB to ****** off. Hardly surprising his punishment was worse, not that he was around to recieve much of it. Not OTT in any way.

BB should be consistent, non-partisan and impartial. They should not interfere and allow the show to unfold naturally.
