And five people complained when Adam poured a bucket for fish and milk over evicted housemate Arron, claiming it was “physical abuse”.
What absolutely pathetic wankers.

Oh Dear  I would have though being compared to Martin Luther King would be a compliment -even though she didn't mean it that way!

I dislike Caroline, but I am fed up of people jumping on her for racism. I don't think she means any such thing, yep she is a bitch, but the racism card is bandied about at the drop of a hat these days, it's ridiculous.

And furthermore, I don't like how Conor is also being accused to some extent of the same thing, and much as I can't stand him, I don't like injustice and don't see him as racist one tiny bit. Unpleasant, but categorically not racist.
Get some sense of proportion.

I dont know these people well enough to know if they are racist or not. Caroline is the only one that has made me seriously question that, I mean no one has stuck their foot in their mouth so much with such a sensitive topic.. She may be racist.
Conor on the other hand is a thug, a bully and has anger issues and maybe a bit mysogynistic.. However, I still don't know why he hates Deana with such passion. Could it really be because of the first night nomination? Since it is so unclear why he dislikes her, some will think its a race thing... I really don't know in this case.

I think it is, I believe first impressions will alot of times stick with a person especially if it's a negative first impression, he didn't like her because of that and never gave her the chance to get to know each other, he remained hostile. I do also think Lydia always held that against Deana too but in a different way, she made Deana feel like she constantly owed her something

The diffeence could be ego, Conor has a bigger ego and took it as a personal offense that Deana nominated him on day 1. He probably went in with a winning plan and was shocked to be up the first day.

Yeah, I really think that's exactly it and because he didn't like her from day one, it almost seems like he's waiting for something to pick at her over and looking for faults. What he's used as reasons so far, are kind of vague negative personality traits, nothing he's said is something that she's personally done to him and warrant his horrendous treatment of her.

True, I havent heard a valid reason, all he says is that she is snicky and an actress... But that can be said of all of them.... No one is sneakier than Caroline and Becky is the biggest actress in there.

Yep, especially when he's going on about her playing to the cameras during tasks, yet he laughs away when his buddy Caroline acts like a spoilt 5 year old eachtime she does a task

Seems to me that the hate inside Conor has festered since day one, he's not as stupid as he makes out imo

As much as I agree that people should be able tocomplain,I really feel sad when they do as to BB to ofcom, Everyone who has come to me and said they were going to, I have said I wouldn't put my name to any complaint.
I was furious not with the anchovies poured on Arrons face and bed but with Adam's follow up threats to him, that angered me,still though,I wouldn't put my name to any official complaint.
I was talking to someone over the weekend on this matter,a fellow student and she was livid but I hoped she would re-consider making official complaints via a petition, (which they take little notice of anyway). I think she has decided against complaining, especially now that Arron has moved on from the incident and has no problems as to it.
As to the other matters, Conor and Deana,Caroline and Adam, in the instances they got warned for by BB, fair enough, had it been repeated, they would have been asked to leave, fair enough, little more BB could do really.
As for the Martin Luther King comment, well I don't see that as an insult and I think it may stem from Adam often standing on a stool or something when out in the garden, it looks like he is going to make a speech, Martin Luther King was a great man and a very brave one too in difficult times, hardly in my view an insult to be compared to him at all.
BB is a programme we should see, warts and all, if it oversteps the mark,BB steps in if it happens again they can tell housemates to leave.
That is absolutely enough for me, people who complain to ofcom, don't realise they put possibly the whole transmission of BB at risk doing so,in a whole series so far, something like only 4, (half of them annoying but not malicious or serious), incidents have caused complaints,The 2 more suspect and more serious have been solidly dealt with overall so I personally wish people who liked BB watched it, got angry and vented their spleens on places like on here, rather than complaining about it to ofcom.
It's still a great idea, it can still improve but we are looking in on people who are also not likely most of the time behaving as they would outside the house,I really hope ofcom clear BB of any wrongdoing and also stress that they are fully satisfied with BB's response to the issues raised too. I also actually think they will conclude that anyway.

I don't think her comments were that bad but if other people felt insulted by it they have the right to complain.
Complaints about McCririck being offensive, too? Isn't that like complaining water is wet?

Why do people bother watching if they are easily upset/disturbed by a show that was made to be controversial from the outset. The PC Brigade get on my last nerve. If someone is out of order, get them told, either take action and/or just get on with it. Conor got a first and final warning, Caroline got a warning, Vicktor got a rollocking etc... on with the show!

What a load of dicks.
They don't realise that if they carry on lodging complaints, BB will eventually get sick of it and end the show because they won't want to be put into bad perspective for too long.
Failing that, Ofcom will shut it down.

Caroline probably isnt used to black people living with her who arent maids or gardeners.
Its pretty obvious she has a sense of casual racism the way she said his people..
similar to the way Mitt Romney responded to questions about being booed at the NAACP convention when he said " If THOSE people want free stuff then vote for Obama"
