I think as a group they tend to hang back as individuals who comfort each other during long smoke breaks. Not get too involved as it goes but involved enough to show they care. It's odd but it's worked for them this far. I do think they will need to be slightly more aggressive in the upcoming days/weeks if they want to survive though.
