it was an ONGOING ISSUE THEY WERE LOOKING AT along with their technical issues causing problems plus the conspiacy theories flying round. All she told me was Lauren was still there but the ops were looking at problems that were ongoing and were causing confusion.

I dont know too much about technical issues but as soon as someone does something wrong on the show and the public/forums hear of it, their servers get overloaded and last night the hold back on the noms disclosure and coupled with how the noms went down, shoved them into overload and I think the system crashed.

Emma was instructed to wait till the very end and tell everyone Lauren was still there. Yet another example of misreping a problem and leading the public on. I know the ops manager (the gay one) loves to feel he is controlling things and unlike last year, we are not that important. All he wants is the ratings and nothing makes the ratings better than controvosy no matter how good or bad it is.

I asked my neigbour who is an IT specialist and he said if their servers are not taking the traffic too well, thats why its hard to get into their site when its busy and when that happens they can crash out and this requires a reboot or sometimes more. Im not that clued up but I know when the show is on, its hard to get on with all the things being updated and posted.
