Despite sometimes my stronger thoughts on some housemates I come to dislike more than others,(and vice versa), I would guess really no one can be how they really are on the outside, we see the build ups of distrust and paranoia bulding all the time.

I feel really sad about this. I really like Deana and Adam and I don't think she did anything wrong at all. Adam accused Deana of throwing him under the bus. So Adam started the argument. Deana didn't throw him under the bus at all. All she did was state the obvious, that the insiders are voting out the outsiders 1 by 1.

All she's guilty of is speaking about nom's. Something most have been caught doing.

Sara confronts Adam..

In the wake of last night's argument, Sara woke up and instantly set out on a mission to clear Deana's name. Sitting in the living room this morning, she ranted to Conor and Becky about how Adam had blown the argument out of proportion, saying she was 'disgusted' by his behaviour.

The Scottish model was annoyed that Adam had bitched about Deana to the rest of the housemates without confronting her to her face, and then proceeded to move beds to avoid sleeping next to her.

"I think last night was terrible. He's a grown man - I’m going to flip", she exclaimed.

Sara was also confused as to why Adam was angry that Deana had said the comment to Luke A, and not to her as he initially thought.

Becky encouraged Sara to air her grievances with Adam when he woke up, but cautioned; "you might be fighting a losing battle there."

When Adam finally stirred, Sara did indeed take him to one side - but it seems Becky's warning may have been a fair one.

"You're supposed to be her friend," she reasoned. "If you had a problem, you should have taken it up with her. You made her feel isolated by moving beds."

However, Adam wasn’t having any of it, stating; "if someone bad mouths me, then I deem them to be untrustworthy."

When questioned why saying it to Luke A, and not to her made a difference, Adam came back by saying; "it just does." Who knows what that means...

The pair continued to bicker back and forth, with neither party wanting to back down. Lauren was soon on the scene, backing Adam up by elusively stating that Deana had 'said things' which had made the group question her friendship.

To be fair to Adam, his two best friends in the house had just been nominated in front of his face, he then hears Deana talking about noms, okay maybe he did take it out of context, but lets face it, its only played once to the house, and this is Deanas third time receiving a punishment for speaking about Noms, she and Conor are record breakers in that department, so cut him a little slack, he was probably a bit hurt at Lauren receiving 7 votes... its hard to know who to trust in there, its easy for us on the outside to judge, but he will be feeling a bit low, and Deana can be a bit of a floater so..........

What a day! We're only just over halfway through it and there have been so many arguments and make-ups that we’re finding it hard to keep up.

As we left it, Adam had promised to patch things up with Deana after last night's squabble - and that's exactly what he did.

"Are you mad?" Deana meekly offered, as she joined the smokers in the garden.

"Not mad, just confused," Adam replied, and then went on to explain the same reasons he had mentioned to Sara earlier. His main gripe is that Deana keeps stating every week that he'll be up for eviction, even though evidence suggests otherwise. He's convinced that by saying this, it could put people in the mindset to nominate him.

"Why would I want to purposely put that idea in people's heads? Why would I want that to happen?" Deana rationalized.

However, Adam wasn't so convinced - even with Luke A's attempts to play the middleman and persuade him otherwise. And the more Deana tried to explain herself, the closer she got to breaking the nomination rule, AGAIN.

So, although Deana tried her hardest to win Adam around, it's unclear whether he actually accepted her account of the story and the subsequent apology. But we're sure we'll hear about it later if he feels otherwise.

And not only have we been trying to follow the Adam/Deana saga, but Luke A seems to have gone on a one-man mission to clear the air with the other housemates - singling out Luke S, Caroline and Becky for a heart-to-heart. What's prompted this sudden bout of concern? Surely it's not because he's facing eviction this week...

I think that Adam will remain weary of Deana for a while.

My feeling is he's thinking strategically. One of his allies is out this Friday - there's strength in numbers and he knows Conor (along with Caroline) rule the "Insiders". Get into their group and slag of the HM that Conor hates the most and he's in with a chance.

He's not stupid. He knows exactly what Deana said and he knows that what she said is 100% correct and he needs to do something about it. Sticking with Deana and whoever is left of the Outsiders will put a big fat target on his back. Play the game and make them think he's against her and he stands a chance of flying below the radar.

The rulers of "Insiders" aren't thinking strategically yet for the finish line. They're still gunning for those that don't tow the line and agree with them. Adam has gone into strategic mode. To me he's the only one seeing how, with such a split in the house and he being on the weaker side, he can cruise into the final and maybe win the game!

I think Adam is starting to play now. He's been keeping it low with his friends in the garden but he's starting to think strategically now.

Funny thing is - I loved Aaron last year, but I guess it was because he played the game differently and I admired him for that. I just can't warm to Deana's "woe is me" attitude all the time. Good game playing by Adam. He knows the "outsiders" are done for and will be picked off one by one. He knows what Deana said and he knows she is absoloutely correct. Adam is fully aware that Conor and Caroline have, unfortunately, been allowed to rule the roost by BB and that he will be a target next week unless he shows the "insiders" that he dislikes the same people as them.

One thing that I still don't get is people saying "Deana is always discussing nominations". She's been done for it 4? times now, including three last night. How many times have Conor, Ashleigh and Caroline been done for it? Must be close to 10. Captain caveman even said he didn't give a **** about nominations rules and he'd continue to break them. He has certainly kept his word. Every week he ends up discussing them. He has this week aswell with Becky and Caroline though he hasn't been punished (yet, hopefully).

The one thing we are not seeing is the before and after of a confrontation. We only see the 20 seconds of the middle bit. Deana has form for following,, niggling and when the time is right and she knows her victim is in the right mood for a snap back or is sufficiently pissed of to snap at anything, she strikes and we only see her striking.

The live feed arguments were often defended by things like....yeah but did you hear what he said to her just before that etc etc. The LF is key to making the right assumptions, all I know is what other HM,s say when they come out......Deana is quiet all day then she can get it on for no reason. In the house she isnt liked, she is tolerated and everyone knows her methods, on the outside she is loved but we dont see her methods. End of, she still mixes it too much for my liking and is always at the sympathy end of an argument, ALWAYS.

Adam is allowed a bad day,good God the others have had plenty,I really dont think he would get annoyed at nothing,I cant be that fickle that I would 'be done' with Adam just because of this ,he is human he makes mistakes and doesn't Deana use it to her advantage,I like Deana but admit I am going off her.

I think Adam is more annoyed with himself than he is with Deana. I think the penny has dropped with Adam that all Deana does is float around the house then will take a HM that she feels is low or having their own self esteeem issues and she's in there making statements, stirring the pot and planting the seed of doubt, which if goes her way get's that person to nominate the other and keeps her in the clear. Adam has just twigged she's not been the friend she has pretended to be, but he took her on face value. For that now, he's feeling betrayed and that she can't be trusted. I don't think Luke A is far behind him with regard to this either.

I've never seen her consoling or comforting Adam, Lauren, or Luke A. She just seems like a tag-a-long, while they 3 seem like genuine friends. i think they 3 rallied around her because they saw the injustice against her earlier on, but i've never seen her show true friendship with them in return.

last night'
s show was a perfect example when she was chained to adam and ashliegh, when adam was having a go at ashliegh, she seemed more interested in consoling ashleigh than supporting Adam's justified anger at Ashleigh's boyfriend.

Why wasn't Deana also pissed off at Luke S. for cheating like adam was? instead it seemed like she was trying to get on Ashleigh's good side, while Adam(her suppossed friend) was clearly upset.

But wasn't Deena told in previous weeks that she should not trust the outsiders?
