There are so many things wrong with her, her actual weight doesn't need to be mentioned to paint the full picture. That said, it's going to keep coming up due to the sheer number of ugly incidents she's involved in that directly involve food (the Luke A spaghetti meltdown, cornflakes in the drain, being on rations, etc). No, we don't know as "FACT". He's said repeatedly he is on the show to promote a cause, and the actual FACT is whether or not he wins, he'll still get the operation eventually. All winning would do is let it happen sooner rather than later - it's covered by NHS. He explained it all quite clearly, to Becky, even though rather than listen, she jumped in to ask if he'd told his father-in-law how horny the testosterone made him. Apparently in Becky's world, that's an appropriate conversation to have with someone about his daughter.
