Saving Luke A... really? This series just gets worse and worse.

On the bright side it shows that the forums aren't in control. Maybe we will see good old Conor pull off the win.

I think two good housemates were up and it was a shame we had to lose either of them.

What made it a surprise was the TiBB polls didn't predict that one, she had 40% lead in to be saved the last time I looked and she was the 2nd favourite housemate. Up to now they have been right.

So why were they so far out this time....

I think most voted as soon as they were put up for eviction, when Lauren was still very much the popular one and Luke had been off-screen for too long (and also before he cried in the DR).

She isn't reformed, she got a warning and was like 'oh ****, i know i'm a horrid cow' and is now trying to endear herself with the public.

Well I didn't hear 'get caroline out' chants so I assumed it was the booing in general she was fist-pumping and she doesn't like them at all, she won't nominate Luke A at all on Monday, will she? :idc:

I know I keep rattling on like a broken record about this, but when it's a head to head, I honestly believe that is when any betting scams kick in. That's why there is nearly always a drastic change/turnaround for the favourite to go come the Friday and odds changing rapidly, and suddenly you hear of a huge or huge amounts for the underdog to stay. It surely is the only way to explain away why an obvious favourite's odds suddenly have a turnaround. It is much harder for a betting scam to take place when more than two are up imho. With more than two up I am pretty confident Lauren would have won the vote and probably gone on to win.

Although on the face of it Lauren was the more entertaining character , had Luke A been evicted then the house dynamic would have seriously swung back in favour of the Insiders. But as Luke A has been saved he will now start calling it as he sees it re the Bitching and with Adam and Deana for support they will become the dominant group, probably recruiting Scott and Sara. In fact don't be surprised to see Caroline and Becky trying to build bridges privately . But ultimately to no avail .... They're dead Housemates walking !!!!

I agree completely. it was an absolute disaster that luke a stayed over lauren. the forum reaction would be hilarious to see if conor won.

The question is how the hell did he win the vote (by 7% only, but still) ? Every on line poll had lauren streets ahead, the bookies had him as odds on to go......was it TV viewers that went for the 'I need to be accepted' line? I did vote for lauren. But thats me done for this year.

The only positive I can think of for lauren is it gives her a bit od airtime on bots.....the finalists will be forgotten on a week. Plus she came out to cheers....the first time anyone has this year...even arron was booed last year!!
