I wouldn't describe her as "ugly inside" from what i've seen, she's very self critical of her own behavior, not a quality I would associate with someone who has a hidden ugliness, when she does something bad she tells herself to be a lady and not let herself down. That kind of self reflection is very healthy, everyone should do it.

Yes but the difference between Caroline and Conor is, she did actually say something racist about Adam.
