Granted, the "I know so do I" comment is ambiguous and is open to interpretation, but she has repeatedly said to various HMs that she has nothing in common with Luke S and has made it obvious, imo, that she fancies Conor.

I have wondered if the negative remarks she has been making towards Luke S lately is because she feels nothing for him at all and is frustrated about it?

Don't get me wrong, Luke S is certainly no knight in shining armour and is blatantly using her, but I don't think, imo, Ashleigh is as genuine in her belief that their relationship is real as some people may believe.

I think she's already displayed how little she thinks of him by dropping her guts on his back the other day. I don't blame him for being disgusted by it. Using the female identity as an insult aside, his reaction was justified. It was a revolting thing to do and showed a total lack of respect.
