Live Show-Absoultely ridiculous
First time since BB7 started, that I have been up late and watched the Live feed.
I'm glad I did because no doubt the Ch.4 editors will cut most of the interesting antics out, when they show it tonight.
I know it's been mentioned on other threads but here's a recap for those who didn't see it.
All the house mates except Jayne and Michael (who were having a bath together in the bathroom-you are correct it wasn't a paticualry nice sight), were having fun doing a Jerry Springer Type show. Aiselyne, Imogen, and Pete were the major protagonists. Mikey was a Scouse Jerry Springer/Jeremy Kyle. Glyn, Richard, Nikki and Jenny were in the audience, although Jenny played some kind of lightweight bodyguard.
It was very funny, everybody was having fun and the line of the night was Richard to Aisleyne "You need to get rid of the zero and find yourself a hero" (Pete being the lazy dolie who has his woman-Aisleyne making the money by selling her body). So all of them were having fun, when suddenly Nikki makes her drunken way to the bathroom where Richard, Michael and Jayne are, and bursts into hysterical 'fake' tears and starts saying Ash is a bully (After they had made up 3 times now by my counting all prompted by Aisleyne) and started making up cr@p like, 'She's giving me dirty looks' 'She's Conniving' 'I hate her' "The public evicted her and didn't know Big Brother put in a twist" "I'm Scared of Aisleyne"
I'm totally bemused at this point wondering what's happened, until I suddenly realise she's jealous. Jealous of the focus not being on her. Jealous that she wasn't in the amateur dramatics (She would have fit right in) Jealous of Pete playing Aisleyne's lazy husband.
Anyway, more pathetic hysterics from 'poor little insecure 4 year old Nikki' ensues, Michael is in the background in the bath looking bemused until he suddenly realises Nikki is an attention seeking brat, cue 'Jayne Thunder Thigh I'm insecure and pathetic' feeding off Nikki's hatred making things worse and agrees with everything she says by calling Ash "Evil" and excitedly delighting in Nikki's wailing and the fact she has found a comrade in her hatred of Aisleyne, almost hyperventilating by trying to get her 'hating Ash' point across.
Ash then comes into the bathroom to use the loo, sees Nikki is upset, asks what's wrong. Jayne pipes up nothing, Nikki says "I'm just emotional" (No kidding) Ash then leaves her be.
Richard, the patronising condescending Thunder Bird, tries calming Nikki down by giving her a few condescending words of wisdom. Either sort it out with Ash or ignore her completely. He then slags off Ash and then amazingly compliments her in the same breath. Meanwhile, Michael has escaped and Jayne's quivering thighs can't take her standing still much longer, so she pushes herself in Richard's face and throws in a couple more 'Evil Ash' statements.
Later, Nikki is crying in the bedroom for no apparent reason in Pete's arms. Ash and Spiral have a chat and I think...I think..he declares his undying love for Ash. It freaks Ash out and she goes into the bathroom saying "**** **** ****" Pete then enters the bathroom who tells Ash about Nikki's tantrum. Ash is gobsmacked that apparently Nikki is scared of her and thinks Ash has been giving her daggers all day. Ash says that they sorted everything out today. Why has she suddenly changed again?! I'm thinking he same thing. Pete agrees that it's all in Nikki's head.
Ash then approaches Nikki later and asks if everything is okay. She says she misses Lea. Ash consoles her and says Lea is fine. Nikki looks ahead and never looks at Ash (Ash looks confused and a bit fed up) and Nikki has that pitiful pathetic baby look on her face and says "I'm a spoilt brat and deserve a good kicking" (wishful thinking) She says "I want to be at home and need a cuddle from my Mum" (I think she needs a good slap) Ash strokes Nikki's hair and consoles her again a couple of pregnant pauses and awkward silences later Nikki declares, like she is the star of some really bad amateur stage production "I'm thinking I need to go to bed now" She leaves Ash alone and I think Ash cries a bit as Nikki makes her feel bad and guilty for doing ****** all. Then she thinks ****** it I've tried all I can. All I said was she's boring and yawned, and I've apologised for that a thousand times!
To surmise, Nikki is an annoying spoilt brat who is becoming a very bad caricature of herself. Yes, I found her antics in the diary room amusing at first but it's getting tiresome now, that whole "my bed" scene put the nail in the coffin for me. It's obvious the girl has some deep rooted problems which has manifested itself over the years, I can sympathise with her health problems which has been well publicised. However, her childish behaviour and growing insecurity in the house has become irriatating and really rather tedious.....
Get over it Nikki, you're spoiling the show and yourself.
