Hi Lauren! Thanks for doing this. You were the seventh evictee of Big Brother. Were you sad to leave, or did you feel like it was your time to leave?
Although i was sad and gutted to leave the house and mainly my friends, Luke A, Adam and Deana i was also relieved as i didn’t have to wake up to all the gossiping and whispering that was conducted by Caroline and Ashliegh. I also believe it was my time to leave as i had done my island, Jersey proud and i have had such a good reception from the public, reality TV is extremley fickle – you can be loved one momet ad hated the next.

In the House, we saw your relationship with fellow Housemate Adam grow. What was it about Adam that you liked?
Adam is one of the most genuine, kind and caring people i have ever met. He has grown into a lovely man and desereves every chance in life. He said exactly what he thought and ever made excuses for anyone, including himself. He is loyal to his friends and that was very important in such a backstabbing house.

You were in the House for Turf Wars, this obviously split the House. Was it a enjoyable task?
Turf Wars was the hardest task in the house for me as i was deprived of many things; my friend (Adam) food and a bed to sleep in. Tensions where extremley high during that week and everybody was very snappy and upset, which made living in there very hard. I was also on a team with Caroline and Ashliegh which was also very difficult as was aware that they didn’t like me. Although i enjoyed the tasks to win the areas the overall task was not very enjoyable – especially when wad to watch Adam in the secret room and then listen to everyones reactions.

This year, we didn’t have a 24/7 live feed. Do you think events in the House or people were shown differently to inside the House, as many fans think the show is heavily edited?
In the past i have enjoyed the live feed and i think it gives the public a true representation of the housemates. I feel that the public may have had differet views on certain people if there was a live feed, however the team at Big Brother do a great job of editing 24 hours into a hour show and were fair with what they did show. I haven’t had chace to watch the show back yet so i’d have to do that in order to give a full aswer.

You faced eviction from the House twice, the first being with Benedict. Do you think the fact that it is a vote to save changed things?
I’m not really sure if the vote to save changed things especially during the times i was put up as i dont believe many poeple would want to vote to evict Benedict or Luke A as they where both very geuie and honest people in the house.

For the start of the series, you were allowed to talk about and freely discuss Nominations, did this change the way Nominations took place and the feeling of the House?
I did not like the fact that we could talk about nominatios at the begining as i felt that the ‘insiders’ made it clear who they did not like at the start of the show and thus it was easy for them to pick off the ‘outsiders’. They kew who they wanted in the final and it made it easy for them to state who they didnt like that week for whatever reason to esure that they would be safe.

Out of 10, how do you rate your time in the House
Although i had a tough time at the begging of my time in the house i thouroughly ejoyed the tasks, the friends i made, and the experience overall. I feel i learnt many things about myself and others. Therefore i would rate my time i there at a 9. The olny downside being the bitching!

Which task did you enjoy the most?
The task i enjoyed the most was the laughig task. I thought it was extremley creative from the task team and also extremley hard! At the begining of the show all we did was laugh and so it was very difficult and the clowns and comedy show was genious! I also enjoyed the 100 points task as i was able to see my sister Danielle, although i didn’t talk to her i wish i had!

If you could go back into the House, is there anything you would do differently?
If i was to go back in the house the thigs i would do differently would be to have more confidence in myself, to confront the girls who made my time in there hell like Carolie, Ashliegh and Becky. Because the ‘insiders’ made us feel so hated in there we expected the public to feel the same way and thus i didn’t want to upset everyone, however i feel like i could have stood my groud slightly more. I also obviously would not have told Becky that i stuck up for her in the diary room as i learned that she told the rest of the group – in my opinion to go under Conors radar and save her own skin. However, i was myself in the house and i feel as though the people who know me are proud of my behaviour and said i was exactly the perso they know and thus i don’t regret anything.

And who do you want to win?
Finally, i would love to see any of the ‘outsiders’ win as they are the only geuine people in there! Luke A deserves to win as he is a loyal and lovely person, he could use the money wisely for his transition. Adam also deserves to win as he had a troubled past but has turned into a trustworthy and grouded man – it is amazing that Big Brother have given Adam this chance. Lastly, Deana deserves to win as she has worked hard throughout her entire life to get to where she is now and would use the money wisely.
