Question for people who make GIFs

What sites do people use to make GIFs? I had to make something in Windows Movie Maker that I want to turn into an avatar sized GIF. Any help would be appreciated!

The good ones don't use sites, they use Photoshop or GIMP :p

I had Jasc Animation Shop but I can't find the disc anywhere for the life of me. This is really distressing me. I have a genius concept and I can't do anything now that I've put it together.

i used to able to make really good professional looking gifs like a few months ago but now i cant bc im too lazy to download photoshop again and stuff BUT ITS REALLY EASY niall posted this really good tutorial and he might still have it idk

but yeah none of the sites are any good

I've downloaded a free trial of Jasc Animation Shop. I'm waiting for my conversion of my AVI to a GIF to finish downloading, hopefully I can open it in Animation Shop once it's downloaded. This is pissing me off.

I have Corel Paint Shop Pro, does the tutorial seem like it would be applicable to that too? They have a lot of features in common. I'll let you know if this works, my file just finished downloading! :love:

Oh poo, um I went to look for the tutorial and the girl on tumblr deleted it. D; Sorry about that! But Photoshop is much easier than it looks, you could probably find some easy tutorials from Google.

I feel like an idiot now. Sorry again. :blush2:

I've given up trying to make it avatar friendly, it's too hard. Gonna put it in my sig and make a new avatar.
